DELHI POLICE RECRUITMENT FOR 649 HEAD CONSTABLE VACANCY 2020 – APPLY ONLINE

Delhi Police has sought applications to fill the posts of Head Constable. Under this, a total of 585 posts will be appointed. There will be recruitment to the posts of Assistant Wireless Operator / Teleprinter Operator.

These recruitments will be on the basis of direct recruitment under Group-C. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for these posts. Delhi Police Examination-2019 will be organized to fill these posts.

Eligibility Criteria for Delhi Police Recruitment

Qualification: – 10+2 (Secondary) Pass from a recognized Board with Science & mathematics as subject.

                                                                                         OR

National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the trade of Mechanic-Cum-Operator Electronic Communication System.

Professional Requirement: –

• English word processing speed 1000 key depressions in 15 minutes.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Function: – Opening/ Closing of PC, printing, MS Office usage, saving & modification in typed text, paragraph setting & numbering ect.

Age Limit & Relaxation: – Between 18 to 27 years for Gen/EWS candidates, relaxable for following category of candidates upto the age of 05 years for SC/ST & 03 years for OBC category candidates.

Application fee: – The application fee would be Rs.100/- (only online). SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen and women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: – As per candidate’s performance in Online Objective Test, Physical & Measurement Test & Trade Test.

How to Apply 

1.  Login to the website (http://delhipolice.nic.in). Here you will see the recruitment option on the homepage. Click on it.
2. On doing this a new webpage will open. Click on the link Notification for the post of Head Constable (Asstt.Wireless Operator / Tele-Printer Operator) in Delhi Police Exam… here.
3. This way the post related advertisement will open. Read all the information given in it carefully and check your eligibility. After this, click on the on-line application form link. Now the registration form will open. Carefully enter all the information sought in it.
4. After the registration process is complete, you will receive the login ID and password through email and message. Login with their help.
5. Then scan and upload your passport size photo and signature. After this, submit all other information and submit the form.
6. This way the payment window will open. Applicants should pay the fee according to their category.
7. After payment, finally the print option will appear. Click on it and take out a printout of the application and keep it safe with you.
